We track all our work by hour and detail everything in Harvest, JIRA, and/or whatever tool your team uses. We’re easy, but prefer Harvest - it enables the most transparency.

We’re headquartered in Delray Beach, FL and have teams in Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia, and Brazil.

How many hours a week does your team work?
A

Our standard work week is 50 hours. But we can flex to your team’s schedule.

HOW CAN YOU ENSURE HIGH QUALITY TALENT?
A

We currently have a 100:1 applicant-to-hire ratio, meaning only the top 1% of applicants are hired. Our hiring process is extremely rigorous. It includes:

1. Complete work history background check
2. Video submission testing communication and culture fit
3. 2 Hour Skill Test by role
4. 3 Interview Rounds

How does the risk-free trial period work?
A

Try out any of our team members for 2 weeks. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll replace the team member and won’t bill you a penny for their work.

Absolutely. We believe in hybrid teams and are happy to place team members sitting right beside you.
